Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a LCD TV at Jainsons Show room Fort Station Road Trichy on the 31st of Dec.2010 for which they had given an offer of free installation of Reliance DTH and they had given a contact number and asked me to register which I had done promptly but till date the DTH has not been installed,even after repeated calls to the Jainsons Show Room nothing has been done,but now for the past one week I get messages on my mobile asking me to recharge my account stating my A/c no.200866451726.which is very surprising to me.please take necessary steps to have the DTH installed. Hi, I feel really bad about the type of service you are getting from such a reputable company. I hope you have receipt and everything regarding this transaction. There is very little chance that the showroom would be helpful in this case. They have sold the package and the rest depends on the DTH service provider, i.e, Reliance. You need to contact them as soon as possible. Call the reliance DTH customer care number 1860 200 6666 or 1800 200 9001 (toll-free). You can mail at customercare@reliancedigitaltv.com but since it has been more than two months, calling them up would be more appropriate. If they fail to resolve the issue, take it up with nodal officers of Reliance Communications under which Reliance DTH comes. If it is not resolved there, escalate it to appellate authority. is this the reputed company reliance which gives the service like this which does not give the customer satisfactory service. i today feel really bad that the company gives very third class facility. my dth has been in safe castody mode on 17 feb for a month period. there was a call from ur headoffice mumbai. he sujested to keep in safe castody becoz ther was my board exam going on.yesterday the one month period got over still the service has not started. me and my parents has called to the customer service centre more then 10 times.they have also not given us the expected respones from there side.today i feel you are the worst service provider in the country today.my Ac.no.is 200568277496. this account is on my fathers name.

Toll-free 1800 200 9001 sucks. It just asks to enter the PIN code & then drops the call. What a pathetic service from Reliance. Wonder if they every think from customer's perspective.

Conditon of two toll free lines are same, 1860 200 6666, not working and another no. 1800 200 9001 does not accept any PIN code, no way to reach customer care. Worst service provider, don't even think of taking it.

hi, I feel really bad the services provided to the customer care. I am trying for the past 3 days to change my platinum pack to value pack for that i have paid Rs.2448 thro net banking for my parent and child connection for 1 year subscription. 1548 plus 900. They have activated one thing and the other connection still platinum pack. I have paid enough amount again extra 70 rupees paid even though they are not changing my request pack. Each and every time they are saying within our we will do like that 3 days they are telling. Reliance smart card number : 200525046262 Name: Manish Puri Address: Bb-23-B Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 I had paid Rs 5450 as annual subscription for the 2 connections(diamond pack) on 21 Jan 2013. however the above connection was terminated on 17 Jun 2013. Since then I have been trying to contact the customer services team at the given toll free number but have not got any satisfactory response. though they agreed that it was their fault but apart from giving me a complaint number, they have not been able to find any solution. My connection is still not restored even though I have paid an advance rental. the customer service team transfers the call to their senior and the senior explain his/her inability to take any action apart from sending the message to the business/operation team. this process has been on for over 48 hrs now and still there does not seem to be any solution. They have even refused to commit on time frame to solve this issue and say that they cannot comment on it nor give me the contact details of the person responsible to take appropriate action. I have been continuously calling up the customer services, but apart from admitting to their mistake, they have not been of any help. this is the height of poor customer service and harassment of the customer. Reliance Digital has worst service! All the customer service staff are manner less and rude. They are not at all worried about the problems of the customer. They just want money and lie to customers that they provide excellent service. They have not even reached the initial letter 'Excellent'. Service is excellently bogus. Both Reliance digital dth and mobile service yucks! I will never recommend anyone to buy Reliance products. Completely disappointed.

Hello Sir, Have been using Reliance DTH service from many years and had recently purchased HD television. I was told 2 months before that I will be provided with an HD SETUP BOX in exchange of standard setup box. Till today I haven't received and when I spoke to the customer care team yesterday that the stock is yet to come for HD setup box and today they updated me that the exchange offer plan is removed and I need to go for new connection. This is pretty much unfair what have been facing. Could you please take this matter and provide me a resolution.
