I am an very old customer .But the service provider,Rel,ignore to solve my problem.I have written No. of complain for net not working/down/gets disconnected every minuit etc.Opening any page is up hill task,even on opening it refuses to go to next page/gets disconnected.I use my data card mainly in N.Delhi(Vasant Kunj) and Mussoorie (Barlowganj).Some times in Kolkata (Shyambazar),Bhelai (Durg).Every where problem is same.I am most unsatysfied and now seriously thinking to change my Service Provider.My Rel. No.9350878246.This problem continues even after I have sweetched to Broad band+ some years back. Sorry but seems I am left with no option but to Change My Service Provider soon.

Respected Sir, Since last 1 year i am facing problem in connection for which i had regularly complain about it . At the last i had requested to send the concern person he visited & given the solution which i had applied to my Laptop than also my problem is not solve. I am having complain regarding the Supervisor head whose name is Jauiya & Interaction ID is 380021094. She told me that what is the problem for which i discuss with her but the attitude which she shown was very bad . I asking for solution & she want to fight with me . I was saying that you please suggest me proper solution for my problem but she could not solved it & she was very rude to me. Thanking You

MY RELIANCE NET CONNECT USB MODEM SUB NO.93822 65788 IS NOT GETTING CONNECTED FOR THE PAST 12 DAYS AND THE TOLL FREE NUMBER 1800 3000 5555 IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING ANY ANSWER DESPITE MY REPEATED CALLS. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH RELIANCE NET CONNECT+ CONNECTIVITY. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IS THE PROBEM. WHETHER IT IS IN THE HAND INSRUMENT OR ELSEWHERE WITH RELIANCE COMPANY ITSELF. KINDLY SET RIGHT THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AS MINE IS A POST PAID CONNECTION AND I WILL NOT MAKE PAYMENT OF YOUR BILLS FROM 01 05 2014 FOR MY NON-USAGE OF NETCONNECT+ KINDLY INFORM ME AS TO WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO CONTACT.
