• You will be asked to provide a passport sized photo and you should self - attest the photo copy.
• Then, there is a necessity to provide an identity proof and an address proof copy with self – attestation. You can provide a passport copy or a driving license copy or your college or school or office identity card copy or a PAN card copy or any bank accounts copy or a ration card copy or any other lease agreement document copy as an identity proof and an address proof.
• They will activate your number in two hours. When the form and the identity and address proofs reach the head office, there will be a verification of the submitted forms. The officers may come to your house or work place or whatever addresses you have given and check in with the provided details. Only if the details given are true you can continue using your SIM card. Sometimes, you will be asked to re – submit the address and the identity proofs. But this is in some rare cases.
