Representation of States and Union Territories in Parliament of India
1. Art. 300A: No person shall be deprived of his property, except by authority of law.
2. Art. 301: Freedom of trade, commerce and intercourse-Subject to other provisions of this part, trade, commerce and intercourse throughout the territory of India shall be free.
3. Art. 326: Elections to the House of the People and to the Legislative Assemblies of States to be on the basis of adult suffrage.

- Article 350 A: it enjoins every State and every local authority within the State to provide adequate facilities for the instructions in the mother tongue at the primary stage to children of expression of all the elements of the composite culture of India.
- Article 335: It says the claims of SC/ST shall be taken into consideration consistently with the maintenance of efficiency of administration, in the making of appointments to services and posts in connection with affairs of the Union or of a State.
