SAIL or Steel Authority of India announces advertisement to recruit talented , spirited and young persons from all over India to Join and develop the organization.
The SAIL often gives Recruitment Program advertisement in all leading newspapers and in its official website. The candidates will get the details of the recruitment from the advertisement.
The candidates have to be quite energetic, spirited, educated and willing to take the organization towards development and in side that is more promising.
Age limit
The candidates must be 30 years old or born not before earlier than 1.9.1980.
Qualification
The SAIL often recruits eligible candidates for two types of post:
(a) Management Trainees (Technical) and (b) Management Trainees (Administration) .
Management Trainees (Technical)
The candidates must have full time Degree in Engineering with 65% marks in all semester in the course like Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy,
Civil, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Chemical, Computer Science,
Mining, Fire or Safety Engineering.
Management Trainee (Adminis)
The candidates must have bachelor’s degree with 2 years full time MBA or PG Diploma with 60% in PM&IR or MHROD for HR, Production or Operations or Materials Mgmt for Materials and Marketing for Marketing disciplines.

The candidates have to work hard for the written examination as mere passing or qualifying is not enough for the competitive examination.
After cracking the written examination, the candidates have to think for the Interview. Many guiding institutions impart good training for the youths. • The candidates must have a valid email address.
• They have to apply only through online and no other ways.
Application Fees
• The General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs 500 and ST,SC candidates have to pay Rs 100/ .
• They have to download the Pay in slip from SAIL’s website and they have to preserve that very carefully.
The eligible candidates will get the call letters in time and they will also get the model booklet from where they will get the idea of answering the questions set in the examination
