After observing one week the same problems are still repeating. So, yesterday we again went to BIG C and informed them about the repeated problems. As per their suggestion we consulted with your local TANUKU Samsung authorized service center, then they checked it and told us to collect the mobile after 3 hours (we submitted it at 12 noon yesterday, later when I had contact with them at 4 PM they replied that it would take another 2 hours time for short out the problem due to lack of power. Then when we went there at 6 pm they asked for another one day time to sort out the problem.
As per my concern your Samsung service center even unavailable to maintain the power back up at the time of power cut due to this cause I suffered total 6 hours. Who is responsible for this type of silly delay & there is no expert to inspect the problem thoroughly, due to this cause my two days valuable time is still wasting.
Please seriously look in to this matter and do favour for customer as to avoid this problem immediately.
Since last 7 years I am using various NOKIA sets but never faced this much problems. Due to low cost and best features availability in SAMSUNG I preferred this mobile. But we had very bad experience and very very dissatisfied.
If there is any loyal employee please try to understand the customer dissatisfaction and prove your SAMSUNG morality other than that don’t waste customer’s valuable time.

Ref Invoice no.CR/02883 of your dealer MODERN ELECTRONICS AND APPLIANCES ,38 NEW BAZAR ,KIRKEE , PUNE dated 26 Jan 2012 CAPTAIN AMIT SHANKER JHA, an Army Officer presently posted in Pune had purchased a Samsung LCD LA 32 D450 from the above mentioned dealer. The transaction for the said purchase was completed at 1800 hrs on 26 Jan 2012 after getting assurances from the said dealer at 1500 hrs that the LCD would be delivered within an hour of the transaction.

2. However, to my utter amazement, the LCD was delivered at 2200 hrs on 26 Jan 2012 after repeated calls. In addition, the dealer, Mr. R Aggarwal, was rude enough not to answer my calls and did not even reply to my sms regarding the delivery.

3. He also had not sent along an Engineer to install the said TV which he had duly promised at the time of transaction.

4. When I opened the TV on my own accord, I found that there were scratches on the TV, both on the front screen, wall mounting as well as table mounting the photographs of which are attached with the mail. This left me flabbergasted and the dealer, Mr. R Aggarwal , has not been picking up my calls since then.

5. I had intended to gift the TV to my parents on their marriage anniversary i.e. 26 Jan . However , the indifferent attitude of the above mentioned dealer , Mr. R Aggarwal , failed me in my endeavor and has caused immense trauma and emotional disturbance both to me and my family.

It forces me to ponder on the grave situation that an Army Officer was cheated on 26 Jan when the whole Nation pays its heartfelt tributes to the supreme sacrifices made by my brothers in Olive Green. It is indeed a very painful realization that people realize the importance of the Men in Uniform only when there is a War or a Natural Calamity else we are forced into the wilderness of thoughts. This act has left my comrades pondering over the intended insult of our uniform that too by a reputed brand like “SAMSUNG” n that too on our very REPUBLIC DAY. 7. I have been a faithful consumer of your brand for 5 years now and such attempts of blatant cheating have left my faith in your brand as well as humanity utterly shaken.

Hello,

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy SII GT I9000, recently I submitted the device to samsung service center with issue of bad images with camera.

They suggested me with the replacement a camera with a new one, as its within the warranty period. I have submitted a device and Battery.

I received a device a after one week by changing a camera with a new one (I am not sure whether its a new or not), as black spots on the images are gone. so hope its a new one.

However, the shocking news for me was the service center people were saying they lost my battery or it got replaced with some other customer.

Are service centers asking for battery with the device too? don't they have a additional battery's for testing devices?

Now they are saying "what is the issue with taking a new battery?". Is this the way to handle the devices for which customers are paying more than 30,000/-.

This is really a behavior like a thief, who has stolen a original battery and replace with the some other one.

People who faced this kind of issue with Samsung devices are welcome to share the feedback and complaints on Samsung's FB page, so let them understand just selling the devices in the market doesn't make the number one player in the smart phone mobile industry, customer service is also the other hand to be the number one.

I purchased a Samsung Star 3

I purchased a Samsung Star 3 on the 27th of June 2012 (Model number 55222). IMEI number352274/05/368218/8* and 352275/05/368218/5* Sn Number AZIC61L4L1E. A month ago the touch phone started giving trouble
1- not registering the touch.Sometimes being over sensitive and opening several windows and call the last dialed number, which then it would not disconnect as it would become unresponsive.
2-auto switch off
3- Would Hang for no apparent reason.

I have sent the phone twice to the service center but there has been no change in the way the phone works. The same problems persist.

I would like to exchange my phone for a new one as this phone apparently has problems that cannot be solved. The service center is refusing to give me proper service and I have sent the phone twice to be service in the last month.

I have purchased Samsung mobile: Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 on last November 2012.

I am facing few issues in my handset and still it’s not resolved by authorized Samsung service centers, I have checked near 4 service centers in Tamilnadu and Bangalore.

Issue 1:

I have connected two sim’s in my device and if I am talking in SIM 1 and some one calling me in SIM2 mean it show call waiting or some intimation on my screen during call in SIM 1

But I didn’t get any info like this and also callers hearing “your call is diverted to another number” after few seconds the call is disconnected with some beep sound.

Due to this dual sim option is not useful for me. I interested to buy this phone due to dual sim and Smartphone but it’s hurting me due to this issue.

Note: Smart dual SIM is enabled in my device

Action taken by me:

1. 1. I have checked with my SIM network operators directly for call forwarding and waiting is enabled in my number, they confirmed its enabled

a. And also I am using this same numbers nearly 9 years and before I used Samsung dual sim (Samsung C6112) it was worked fine for call waiting when am in SIM1 call waiting shown from SIM 2

2. 2. No issues in SIM and my network


Issue 2:

In my music player, if am playing some songs mean it’s not playing smoothly, while playing its stuck and play for 2-3 secs.

This issue also I complaint to service centers they updated some SWs but still my problem is not resolved.

Action taken by me:

1. 1. I have changed my memory card and checked but still I am observing the same issue.

I had purchased a car mobile charger from spice retail ltd. Vijay Path circle Mansarovar Jaipur on 27th Oct 2012 vide invoice no.232996840.The set stopped chahger and so I visited ur service center at C-24 Balaji Plaza Bhagwan Dass Road,Jaipur.
the attitude of the person attending me was very casual and rude ,so much so that he did not know how to behave with a customer.On enquiry about availability of some senior official present there the blunt reply was that no one is there.On asking about the phone contact no.I was told to refer to a notice board where it was reported to be displayed. Subsequently on lot of persuasion I was connected to Mr.Jitendra mob No 9799340666 who refused to give mail ID to lodge the complaint.
The issue involved was that I requested them to send the replacement of defective charger to my residence by courier as I live about 15 Kms away from ur service center.Fuel cost of traveling four times wud have cost me as much as the cost of buying a new charger,but none of the persons were prepared to listen to this practical aspect.
subsequently ur another ASM Mr.Arvind happened to arrive at the center who also cud not give the mail ID of ur Company and told me that it is displayed on the Notice Board and tried to show me there.A shock was in store for him also as there was no such display on the Notice Board.
It is not understood why exchange/warranty/help line Nos etc are not prominently displayed at the Service Center.More over if the Company has sold a sub standard product then why the Co shud not show the courtesy of delivering a replacement at the customer's place of stay so that the harassed customer does not suffer further for ur carelessness and selling a sub standard product.The customer's faith n confidence in ur Co.'s products is totally shattered after having bought a poor quality product and so the Co shud try to satisfy the customer by extending such a nominal courtesy .Hope the Co shall act positively and take such remedial measures besides training the staff to behave with courtesy and politeness. My charger has been kept by the service center who has promised to replace the same with a new one once the product is in their store and for the intervening period the customer who has paid for the product shall suffer the inconvenience besides making trips to the Service center to collect the charger.Hope Co shall find some solution to the problem and advise the customer.

just to share with you all till today whatever i bought was from samsung TV (LED 52inch, Fridge double door, Washing Machine and 6th mobile)
last sunday morning i was not able to switch on my samsung galaxy s duos and hence on monday at 11/3/2013 i took my mobile to service center at infantry road bangalore.
There was no response from their customer care department and hence i called yesterday evening and spoke to Mr. Reddy and then Manasa and then a technician and they were telling me that your mobile motherboard and LCD is gone because of some liquid problem and it is costing you Rs.5000/- just share with you this mobile was bought on 9th January 2013 and this time i faced problem since beginning and that was for getting a 16GB memory card which i got after 30days that for the result of email fight which went for almost 30days.
It is pathetic that Customercare people are cheating customers because customer wont know the technical thing and he will be just thinking to take his mobile back that means in helpless situation which i am also facing.
But this will be my last business to Samsung not only me i will make sure that even i will educate my surrounding people about the same.
Dont know why companies think so cheap and break their customer trust.

I had purchased the Samsung AC - model AS123BPENSTL on 6th April 2012 oi Bangalore and due to installation defect , the whoLE AC burnt ; after repeated pursuits with local customer care, it was freely replaced ion 13.07.2012 but your own service technicians cut and took away the copper / foamcovered pipe from AC to condenser saying it will reduce cooling if it is there and i believe the 2mtr pipe is about Rs. 2000/- in cost ; THis is mere theft by your service technicians; Thereafter, we noticed that due to your product being manufactured with inferior quality plastics on the outer and a big gap on the back of condenser , the squirrel and rat can get into AC and spoil the condenser; I had to 3 times call the service technicians and finally by spending Rs. 3000/- for cost of condenser and another Rs. 3500/- for wire mesh protection and labour , i got it repaired; Hence, due to the pains undertaken by me and inferior quality of material used and your own people taking away my pipe , please reimburse me immediately the total amount of Rs. 8500/- immediately (total of above amounts) as me , as customer have been enough pained by your AC ; I was a Samsung fan earlier but now i have second thoughts when i buy my next AC in future or any other product ; I will never want to be pained by Samsung ;

I have now attached the Condenser bill, the original AC bill and photos of the AC )(with wire mesh protection ) for your perusal ; My customer care complaint no. is 8443806469; Your bangalore office- Mr. Lakshmanan and your earlier Manager- Mr. Seshachala know the pains i underwent as i described all this to them also ;

i am also very disturbed by the callous attitude of your Senior people who do not understand the pain the customer goes through; i had reqeusted for a call back from someone senior of Samsung marketing but till date no one ever bothered to call ;

i am hereby therefore, giving 15 days time to your company to settle my claim which is valid based on my pain and expenses and if not , thereafter I will go to the customer complaint forums on TV and legal courts available and also claim compensation for all such pains ;
