i think samsung is a good customer related company. but i understand it is wrong. i purchased a samsung galaxy ace duos imei no 354354051077488 from sama electronics jeddah. the sales executive break the seal of the box . but the mobile box does not contain ear phone . actually the phone provide FM facility only with the ear phone wire. but the company not provide ear with the purchase. now i hate samsung .

To The senior manager (Samsung) I am Ankit giri from Bihar india.Being a regular user of Samsung products. I have purchased a samsung galaxy GT-7562 handset on 16 Febuary 2013. in April 2013 i got heat problem in our handset then i took it to Samsung service center care in Bhopal(Akanksha enterprises). where they could not repair they said to me there is some critical problem so we have to send head service centre thats handset comes under in warranty so we will maintains Mother board problem is showing after 7 days I gone to Service center they told there is showing mother board problem so your handset is being heat more,
You have to paid 7000 for maintains it more.
Sir if mother board is not coming under warranty then what wii be mean of warranty
