Shrividya Plus

The ShriVidya Plus is a regular premium unit linked plan. This plan gives the opportunity for savings to secure the education of the child. It gives the insurance cover as well as the opportunity to invest in different funds.

The details of ShriVidya Plus are as follows:

• The minimum and maximum age of the policy is 25 and 40 years as and on the last birthday.
• The minimum installment of the premium is Rs 12000 for yearly mode, Rs 7500 for half yearly and Rs 4000 for quarterly modes.
• The duration of the plan is 5 to 20 years.
• The minimum sum assured is 0.5*t*Annualized Premium or 5*Annualized, whichever
• is higher, where t is the policy term.
• The maximum sum assured of the policy is a subject to underwriting considerations.
• The premium paying frequency of the plan is yearly, half yearly and quarterly. This plan comes under the tax benefits of Under Section 80C & Section 10(10 D) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Two Investment Fund options are available under this plan namely; Conservator Gold and Maximus Gold.
• Option to choose a fixed percentage of any of the above funds is also available for the policy holder.
• Facility to pay additional premiums to increase the number of units to the credits is also available under this policy.
• The first partial withdrawal is allowed only after the third policy anniversary.
• The facility of fund switching is also available under ShriVidya Plus policy.
• No loans are available under this policy.
• The premiums can also be paid in top up options.
• A grace period of one month but not less than 30 days is available for the premium payment.
• The facility of partial withdrawal is also available t the policy holders under this policy.
• The different charges like premium allocation charge, the administration charge, the mortality charge, the service tax charge are applicable under this policy.
