i bought a sony tv on 9Th
i bought a sony tv on 9Th august 2011(kdl-40ex520) from Electronics world ,s.p varma road ,patna, phone no.(0612-6530642).
my complain is that the patna service center are tolerating us from five days
whenever we try to call them they say that we didn't recieve any complain about our tv.
what should i do now ??????
shall i return the tv back to the Electronics world's shopkeeper???

I some how broke the DVD to TV coneector cable.

contacted three dealers and one service center at surat.
dealers send me to service center and service center says the cable is not available with them. can be found from dealers only.
