In case a customer is not satisfied with the response of the Customer Service Centre, he/she can feel free to contact the Nodal Officer of there Circle/State/City with complaint reference number and details of the complaint / grievance during working hours (10 am to 5:30 pm) Monday to Friday excluding National & Regional Holidays.
The Nodal Officer will revert to you through your preferred mode of contact, with a resolution / response within 10 days of the registration of the complaint.
In case a customer has already contacted any of our respective Circle Nodal Officers and are not satisfied with the resolution, please get in touch with our Corporate Nodal Officer.
