Customer Complaints

Please log your complaint at your local Customer Service Centre (121) from any Tata Indicom post-paid phone, (12524) from a Tata Indicom prepaid phone, (1281) for Public Telephony Booth or visit our website www.tataindicom.com.

In case a customer is not satisfied with the response of the Customer Service Centre, he/she can feel free to contact the Nodal Officer of there Circle/State/City with complaint reference number and details of the complaint / grievance during working hours (10 am to 5:30 pm) Monday to Friday excluding National & Regional Holidays.

The Nodal Officer will revert to you through your preferred mode of contact, with a resolution / response within 10 days of the registration of the complaint.

In case a customer has already contacted any of our respective Circle Nodal Officers and are not satisfied with the resolution, please get in touch with our Corporate Nodal Officer.

Sir/Madam, My name is Antony , am from Cochin during my onam celebration I brought a cell phone(Huwai) from your store.( Tata Hub, puthussery Building , Kaloor, Deshabhimani Junction,)and the invoice number is 12009-10/1260-1103-00660.,Date 01 Sep-2009. The problem starts from the 3rd day of September, the display has gone and the cell is given to shop for replacement, Manager Aashish(9249408536) told me he will give another set within 14 days ,but I got after 25days. the end of September. The new set is having a problem (auto switch off)from the 1st day onwords. Now the set is been given to Unitrack infosystems, Chammini Kodath House, Kaloor.(0484-6532336) for servicing Mar No: 12834. date 08/10/09.The board is complaint in the new cell. For the last 4years am using the connection of TATA, and I had taken this new set for my wife and In this 40days I use for only 3 or 4 days, Really am very unhappy with your customer service and your product. Even the CallCenter is also been locked, . I don’t need a new set which is repaired, If possible I need that cashback . INCOMING FACILITIES HAS INTERUPUED IN MY CELL.MY NO IS 9269117841 AND MODEL IS ZTE

I used a re-charge coupon of Rs.50/- for my son's mobile number 9210092382 on 14-03-2011 and the amount was not credited to the balance. I called customer care service on 15-03-2011 and they asked me to call after 10 minutes. But after that I have been trying and trying there is no response.

Hello TATA INDICOM PREPAID CUSTMOR CARE OFFICER, I have a prepaid no. 9210033394. last month(august 2011) Rs.23/- cut from my balance we were speak to custmor care exe. they were lodged my complaint after my complaint within a 15-20 min. I recd my balance. Now at present again tata indicom cut Rs-40/- from my balance. then i speak to custmor care exe. they said i have a song service on my number from august month but i dont have any service and this is your problem not mine your EXECUTIVE NOT LODGED MY COMPLAINT(YOUR EXECUTIVE NAME IS MR. RAVI and i talk to him AT 1:24PM)please lodged my complaint and reverse the amount.
