service is not good i am use this product but company chited me . i hv not use as much as it send me email . & also in my account sow me only i use 2694 mb . its sow in my account which is given by company but co dont solve my problem in time i do a complen but in time this problem is continu my speed is slwo no budy sol my problem it not good for tata image

Dear Sir,
I have a Tata Photon plus device (ph no. 9207074662) and have been using it at (Address--Vill: Halowagaon, P.o: Halowagaon Dist: Nagaon, Assam, pin:782141) since 10 months now. But from 23rd June 2012 I am not having any network coverage in this area. I have been regularly complaining the issue to the customer care , and even their appellete. But other then providing me a complain number, they have no resolution to it.Every complain number gets closed with no resolution..They are playing with the customers time and money..

The series of complaints are:-

On 23rd june 2012 Complain No.314667743
1st July 2012, Complain No. 315870273
13th july 2012 Complain NO.317526745
16th July 2012 Complain No. 317914799

And still now they have not resolved the matter..Even I contacted their appellete at guwahati but they dint reply to my e-mail.
One of the techinician called me and told that they would not be able to provide service in the region in future and thus he asked me to surrender the connection.

So my issue is that if you cant provide me service , just refund me the initial deposit of Rs.1800/- which is deposited with you to take the device so that I can switch over to another service provider.But they are not even taking up this matter.

Please help me out....Its more then one month now and I am badly harassed... I have been regularly wasting my money in calling their customer care..Please help me to get my compensation..

I have tata photon post paid internet service which is working properly but, I could not able to deposit my bill amount due to not availablity of outlet at Guwahati, Assam. Previously there was one outlet at the location of Ganeshguri chariali, and other places in Guwahati. Presently there is no any outlet available in Guwahati. Kindly advice how can I deposit my bill except online. Your early reply is aspected.

I have a plan named -KO-photon plus 1GB @Rs.500/-Unlimited

But I received a mobile alert that my bill for the month March is Rs.977/-. What is the reason behind this bill amount ?

I have requested for all my earlier bills right from 8 2012 to date but have received only the bill for April 2013 kindly send last 6 months bills
