Dear Sir I had complaint on dt. 24.07.2011 my tatasky digicom not working still no any repplying by Tata Sky Helpline

Dear Sir, ID No. 1040016279 I have taken annual economy pakage which is valid upto Dec 11 and status is OK. I have also charged knowledge package for Rs. 420/- for 12 months at the rate of Rs. 35/- per month i.e till Dec 11. However, this package channels have been discontinued since one week. Also, I have charged Rs. 200/- for kids package in Jul 11. Understand, Rs. 125/- has been deducted for your rep visit. Remaining Rs. 75/- has been exhausted within a month whereas the charge per month is Rs. 45/- only. This pakage has also been discontinued since last 01 week.In this regard, I have launched the complain twice and the complain number is 1-11057166916 to Mr Anil on second occasion. I was told the billing dispute will be resolved and your rep will inform the same to me. But no action has been taken till date. Even channels have not been restored. You are requested to take action and restore the knowledge package till 24 Dec 11 and Kids pakage for the remaing amount of Rs. 30/- at the earliest. Regards.

Dear Sir, ID No. 1021274053 I have done recharge on 9th jan 2012 for annual super value pakage which is monthly 225/- so i have done recharge of 2640/- & i have got bonus 15/- so my account balance is 2475/- which is amount of annual super value pack. After that i call customer care to make it annual package but they have done what i dont know my all hindi channels were not coming then i call again to customer care they have given me the package but it monthly & they informed me that my problem will be solved within 14th jan 2012.In this regard, I have launched the complain many times and the complain number is 1-12793788558. But still now no action has been taken & im getting sms to recharge my account becauce is showing negative balance but today that means 15th jan 2012 my line has been disconnected at 9.30am. Where they commect that my problem will solved 14 jan 2012 then why my line is disconnected today where i have done the recharge of 2460/- is it joke or some thing cheating case with customer but i have call customer care to again I was told the billing dispute will be resolved and you will inform the same with in two hours to me. But no action has been taken till now. Even channels have not been restored. You are requested to take action and restore the super value package annual till 15jan 2013 at the earliest. Regards.
