Junk services and on top of that cases in high court on customers!!! First of all.. No 3G services in Vignana Nagar - BUT SOLD THE DEVICE TO ME. I raised a ticket. Technicians visited and said that setting are proper and escalated to backend team. BACKEND TEAM CONFIRMED NO 3G SERVICES IN VIGNANA NAGAR. SO... I surrendered the device because I'm not satisfied with 1kbps speed. ASK YOUR TATA - MANAGING DIRECTOR TO USE HIS DEVICE IN VIGNANA NAGAR!!! HE WILL COME TO KNOW!!! I was told that, I get money back in 60 days. 120 days completed!!! No idiot is bothered about this!!! I called up customer care. They said to visit koramangala branch. I visited koramangala store today. They said where ever you purchased - you visit there. So I went to Indiranagar opp. to reliance digital today. Those stupids again told me to visit koramangala store. >>> Meaning you people are playing with customers. TATA Docomo are cheaters. I write some 1000 blogs on this and on my experience. You stupids don't have proper procedures to handle the things? How come bill is getting generated when device is deactivated/surrendered with in a weeks time of purchase??? On top of that cases in High courts and daily calls from Delhi!!! Are the customers are bevacoofs or what? First of all no receipt - you are giving when we purchase a 2500 device? WHY????? Vignana Nagar comes to 560075. Once I connected I got 1kbps speed. Senior technicians visited and confirmed that, Setting are proper and escalated the issue. Backend team confirmed that no 3G services in Vignana Nagar. 100% CHEATING!!! TODAY ALSO THEY ARE TELLING IT IS AVAILABLE. I SAID, I PURCHASE ONE MORE DEVICE NOW FROM YOUR STORE, SHALL WE BOTH GO TO MY HOME IN VIGNANA NAGAR? No response from store manager!!! Cheating Cheating Cheating!!! Sir mere mobile main 30-7-2011 ko 2.40 or something rupees tha isliye maine raat mein kuch 10:00 pm ko 20Rs ka recharge karaya toh mera balance 18Rs ho gaya aur us waqt se lekar subah tak maine kisiko na toh call kiya naahi message kiya... But sir maine jab college jaate waqt balance check kiya toh mera balance deduct hokar 1.31 hogaya tha..,aur jab maine customercare se contact kiya tab unlogo ne kaha ke maine koi "MAGIC" service activate karayi hai but sir mujhe naa toh uss service ke baare main kuch pata hai aur naahi maine us service ko ek baar bhi use kiya hai....,ab sir aap hi bataiye ke agar mujhe pata hota ke maine koi MAGIC service activate kara hoon aur uska activate charge deduct hota hai toh obviously main toh uss service ko acchese use karta naa aur ye pehli baar aisa nahi ho raha hai iske pehle bhi Magic service ki wajahse mera balance deduct ho chuka hai aap chahe toh meri information main dekh sakte hai aur mujhe abtak uska balance refund nahi hua hai so plzzz sir this tym just refund it sir. mai bahut sad hoon. Maine 16-8-11 ko 70 ka recharge karwaya.mujhe milne chahiye 73.50 bt mujhe mila 60 rs. Usi din maine 10 ka recharge karwaya mujhe usi wqt 10.50 rs mila jabki us wqt mujhe jyada nhi mila. Mera full talktime v mil jata to koi baat nhi. Full ki jagah us se v kam mujhe mila. Mujhe jwab dena padega docomo ke owner ko. Us din se mai coustmer care lga rha hu to nhi lga rha hai. Aaj 17-8-11 hai mai apne no par msg pack dalwaya hua hu. Sab din ki tarh mai aaj v msg send kar rha tha aur aaj mera 6rs balnc kat liya. Jabki mai msg pack dalwaya hua hoon. Mera sara balnc wapsh karna hoga. Nhi to mai sim change kar dunga. hi, I am sandeep verma , i have being using tata docomo prepaid service from last 2 year and In this 2 years i have used two tata docomo numbers 1. 9044295060 2. 90444195414. but On my 9044295060 number gprs service hasn't been woking from last 6 months. and in this last 6 months many time i've compliant ed in customer care , but still i m unable to use gprs service, i tried to complaint again in customer care today but Twice my call was disconnected by customer care executive (Nikhil & other person) and once i called by 1. 9044295060 2. 90444195414 . i just want avail gprs service on 9044295060. . help. me current using number:- 9044295060 , alt no:- 90444195414.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have Taken a new docomo e-stic(7795105614) from one of your reatiler shooroom in Kammanhalli ,Bangalore. The Retailor informed me that the money paid for device will be deducted from monthly bills ( 1250 Rs-400 =850) and the first month usage is free of cost and the same has been confirmed by the customer care department of Tata docomo. However i was receving above 2000 Rs bill for couple of months .I have raised a complaint with customer care and executive nameed Ms.Preeti told me that she will get it resolved with in 10 days.However Billing Issue complaint no 266761009 opened on 2nd june by Ms.preethi~~M5204166 has not resolved yet.I have stopped using Tata docomo used this billing issue.I have over paid tata docomo the same need to be reiburse at the earliest. Please reolve it immedialty other wise i will apprach csutomer court to get it resolved. Thanks Hari

TATA DOCOMO is a cheater. Nodal, Appellete not a single person is repling properly. Everybody is speaking lie. I am from Gujarat. Both Nodal & Appellete officer of Gujarat are fucking ass hole person. They are not pickup phone.
