The Retailor informed me that the money paid for device will be deducted from monthly bills ( 1250 Rs-400 =850) and the first month usage is free of cost and the same has been confirmed by the customer care department of Tata docomo. However i was receving above 2000 Rs bill for couple of months .I have raised a complaint with customer care and executive nameed Ms.Preeti told me that she will get it resolved with in 10 days.However Billing Issue complaint no 266761009 opened on 2nd june by Ms.preethi~~M5204166 has not resolved yet.I have stopped using Tata docomo used this billing issue.I have over paid tata docomo the same need to be reiburse at the earliest. Please reolve it immedialty other wise i will apprach csutomer court to get it resolved.

I purcased a Nokia Lumia and got a 3GB 3G data usage valid for 90 days from Tata Docomo on 27th March 2012. From 28th March until 2nd April my account balance was being deducted and reduced to zero. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Customer Care. Be it 0100hrs in the morning or 1100hrs or 1500hrs in the afternoon or 2100hrs in the evening am never able to get through to a representative. Only twice I got connected to a CCR and the first time after I explained my issue I was put on hold for 20 minutes and the call was then disconnected. This happened on 30th March 2012 Friday between 1600hrs - 1800hrs. You can check the records at your end (if there are any records maintained). Again on 2nd April 2012 Monday I called and was able to speak to a CCR who only kept repeating that she was not able to hear me while I had full signal and she disconnected the call. I tried many times after that but am unable to connect to a representative to convey my issue.
Customer Charter on your website says
"We pledge to attend to your call within 90 seconds,failing which we will call you back."
Which has never happened at least in my case.
I gave up trying to call customer care and walked into the Huge Tata Docomo outlet near Forum Mall. I went there first on 2nd April 2012 around 1900hrs and was carelessly told that the deduction was due to GPRS being active on my handset. I was pushed away when I was trying to put across another question.
Today morning I visited the store again because I have no balance in my phone to make calls or to text. I had to wait for ONE HOUR and explain my problem to 5 different people before I lost my coll and raised my voice. A lady (supposed to be the manager) then came and spoke to me. I was told that I will be given a complaint number and that someone will callback in 48 hours.!!!! I fail to understand that when I am not able to get in touch with a customer care representative over the phone and I have to wait for an hour and keep repeating my issue again and again before I am heard HOW am I supposed to believe that someone will call me in 48 hours for such a simple issue.
Pathetic customer service. Your executives DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS LEAVE ALONE RESOLVE THEIR ISSUES.
They were not even able to identify the issue and I was told by the manager that the 3GB 3G data will become active as soon as possible. I tried to explain to her that my concern is the amount that has been deducted from my account balance which is not a small amount. Over 500 rupees deducted over a span of 7 days and they cannot even give me a reason for what it was deducted.
REQUEST : Please refund the 552 rupees which was deducted and the 3GB 3G data (valid for 90days) which I am entitled to. THAT IS ALL I AM ASKING FOR.

I am tired of trying to reach the customer care and arguing with the Executives at the Tata Docomo CC outlet. I shall keep it short -> I purchased a Nokia Lumia phone and got 3GB 3G data valid for 90 days with it. This is a prepaid connection and I had over 552 INR amount in my account. Starting 26th until 2nd April the amount got deducted and the current balance is ZERO. Out of the numerous times that I tried to reach customer care over phone I have been able to reach them only twice and while speaking the call got disconnected once and another time I was placed on hold for 25 mins and then call got disconnected. All I want is for the deducted amount to be restored to my account balance and that I can use the 3GB 3G data which is valid for 90 days. Request your kind self to please get this done. I cannot spend all my time on this. Please facilitate and help in resolving this issue asap.

I got a call from Mr. Raj identifying himself as Tata docomo sales manager during last week of December 2012 for Tata Photon internet connection. After having said that I was not interested as I am already using MTS connection, Mr. Raj said I can have 1 GB data for 1 month for Rs 100 in Tata Photon, although I said there is no such plan mentioned on Tata Photon website and how it is possible to have 1 GB at such low rate. He assured me several times that every month sales person will come to my home and collect Rs. 100 and I will not to pay anything more.
Within 3 hours a person identifying himself as Mr. Sumon (phone number 9038568036) and as junior associate of Mr. Raj's the sales manager of Tata Docomo came to my residence with the Photon device and I paid Rs. 1200 (Rs.1000 for device and Rs 200 for 2 months connection).
My device got started from 1st January 2013 and on 29th January 2013 I got sms and email bill for Rs. 469.49 for number 9230101858 of Tata Photon.For last two days I have tried to contact Mr. Raj (through email, sms and countless calls) demanding an explanation but he is not answering in any way and switched off this phone.
This is a case of cheating and total misrepresentation of information. Just to increase sales figure, these cheats can go down to any level.
Weather these people are directly employed in Tata Docomo or they are televendors I and not sure But I am sure that a trusted international brand like TATA should not want be associated with these kinds of cheaters and should punish them according to company's policies.
I am not going to pay anything, therefore in future please do not send any calls, letters, emails, sms or persons to my home.

and without my knowledge my fancy mobile number have been disconnected and illegally ported out from loop network this mobile service providers and they shifted easily to Vodafone telecom network immediately in some ones name Mr pradeep he is not at all legal righteous to this fancy mobile number and in which connection he moved Vodafone telecom with this mobile 9241033333.
i am an senior citizen of India one of my son he is in force as army officer in Delhi he is serving for India. but even though i don't have any security to keep permanently my fancy mobile number 9241033333 in one particular tele network tata docomo and what is the use of keeping 9241033333 number in same tele network for long duration what safety for senior citizens fancy mobile number or any others fancy numbers in docomo network.
docomo tele com disconnected my fancy number and they will sell it for some heavy amount.
and the company giving reason to exiting customer the porting request done by user mobile but that time mobile number had no currency to make calls and sms or porting request to any net work between this dates 10/01/2013 to 15/01/2013 how it has possible to send porting request to the docomo service.
the docomo telecom have to produce all call details before and after porting request details.
let them give proof for porting requested by in number user statement. we never sent any porting request from mobile or in any manner by using code number to the docomo tele network in Mysore.
the reason is disconnecting mobile 9241033333 we could not top up the number immediately.
this golden opportunity the culprit took a chance to port out the 9241033333 to Vodafone. the customer care people repeatedly mailing me number disconnected in docomo. but no concrete reason for disconnection.
the nodal officer have to investigate the illegal number portability issue in docomo telecom itself but the concerned person is not ready to resole the issue.
and i have registered an complaint against illegal mobile number portability but the reply from customer care mailing same matter repeatedly to the affected customer.

I would like to log my frustration about Tata docomo post paid connection bill & Customer care support. I used 2 Tata docomo post paid data cards (Data card1- 9282579049 &
Data card2- 9282579053 / Account No: 915065838) for more than 6 months. (July 2012 – mid of Jan 2013 )
Due to my onsite visit, I have decided to de-activate my both cards for 6months. So
I raised (Service Request NUMBER 344773651/344773383) request to de-activate my numbers on 18th Jan 2013. And got the confirmation mail from customer care for the same on 5th Feb 2013.
But I received monthly bill the period from 4th Jan to 5th Feb 2013.
I have confused with bill amount, but anyway I paid the amount and raised another service request: 349726981 to get the clarification about the bill amount & confirmation about 2 data cards de-activation.
Team has confirmed both cards are de-activated and I will not get any more bills related to this.
But again yesterday, I received the new monthly bill for de-activated data cards. I never used cards.
I am totally unhappy this... Actually I wanted to temporally DE-activate my
Data cards for 6months... But this type of support, It forcing me to completely move out from Tata Docomo network.
Note: I have received more than 5 calls from Tata docomo about reason for
Connection de-activation... and confirmed in all calls.
