i close my tata photon service in the month of feb i gave application
for closing tata photon but company is not closed it and forcly convinced me and started 250 plan also then this month my bill is come 1800rupees so i closed my tata photon service i cant listen any
squeezes company customer care and i can't effort this biil.

is tata photon a join venture between tata & photon infotech ltd?is there any connection of photon infotech ltd with tata group?

Is it tata photon connection secuered? Even if proper login the page of My Account tata photon is not opened why? Whether your subsciber fill up the money or not? If I formated my PC the same USB Modem shows many Errors,even though I set it properly. and your subscribers man make it easily. I feel he is mis using my connection

I have been using Tata Photan for last couple of years.But it does not work in villages(Tamil Nadu)and district headquarters like Bhatinda(Punjab),Erode(TamilNadu)and other places.

Tata Photan has got it's own limitations.

I am surprised...i purchased samsung phone with tata photon...it is not working. I am not able to use internet on my lap top through this. Whereas I asked specifically whether I Will be able to do so ? I was told yes. But unfortunately i am not able to do so. I talked on help line. No improvement. Now even helplines number is not working. I am fad up. If no solution, I have to file a case before consumer court for deficency in service....

hI,my tata photon is still not working after sumitting payment in cash.i talked to cash collecting boy about how to activate,he gave number,whenever i use to call at that number compuer says no executive is free wait....................,after waiting for so long never got any response.kindly activate my connection immediately or close my conection.

i m littlebit confused abt the usage of tata photon+.pls let me know what did they mean by bundled usage?is it includes browsing usage or only downloading limit.

Really tata photon card is very useful and providing good speed..

on which band the tata photon card operates. ie whether it is using the cdma network orthe gsm network

The photon + technical help and customer service is diabolical. No one has a clue what is going on there. I dont recommend buying this product, especially if you have a mac.

i hv purchased USB modem on 29/6/09 in Chennai and staying in Chennai; I hv been facing several problems and when I contact customer care- I get same answer always-my modem no is INVALID; Can u give me correct land line no at Chennai whom I can contact ? shall be very thankful

Do I need to change any settings for Roaming? I bought new photon+ connection from hyderabad(AP) but I am in Madhya Pradesh for next 15 days. I am unable to access internet with the default settting please let me knowo if anything need to be changed.
