past few days. Often,I get the message, NO SIGNAL ON MY TV SET. I tried contacting your helpline numbers but could not get through. There was no call back to me as promised in the recorded message

Ever since I got Tata sky connection I subscribed to Super Saver pack and the half yearly rate was Rs.1550.00. I never modified my
package except for two months during Football World Cup for a sports channel. At that time I was asked to pay Rs.200.00, then only the sports channel would be included in my package which I did. Besides that I have never asked for any additional channel.
I am surprised that I am being charged Rs. 340 or 360 every month.
Please explain and adjust the over charged amount against my future
payment. Since no body from your Help line could help me on this
matter, hence I am writing this letter again.
Failing to get suitable reply and adjustment of account, I shall be
forced to discontnue with Tatasky and look for another Service

Actually I am going to out station for few days so I want to deactivate tatasky services for those days so please provide the solution to deactivate and again activate tatasky services on my digicom.

Sir, Tata sky is very hopless. Services are very poor. I am having three set up boxes. Out of one is not working since 12 days. The box has been replaced three times but failed to perform. Tata sky people are making BAHANE as boxes are not availabe in their stock. Being a old customer I am paying Rs 6000/- per year excluding rent of boxes i.e, Rs.480/- pm. for comlete channels. But no attention is being paid by Tata sky. Thanks for the poor service.
Tata sky is befooling their customers by way of showing bonus on recharge etc. Basically, the company is charging very high amount for which it does not deserve. Since it is not providing proper services also. Hopeless and poor show.

I have a tata sky connection .now i am using super sever pack .i would like to drop this package and add super value pack.how should i did this.

It is such a disaster.
I bought 4 set top boxes for my new home and after 3 months of purchase and two weeks of constant request to install, I am still nowhere near seeing an installation.
Different people blaming each other is all that I have seen.

It is a nightmare of an experience and my respect for TATA has dropped drastically.
