I am a customer for Videocon since 2008 December when first time a purchase Videocon 21" color television from snehanjali located in nallasopara west however problem started after 6 to 8 month when i first complaint about color spread on screen and i contacted your customer care and was repaired since than every 6 months i have been in touch with customer service for lots of issue recently i have longed a complain about TV censor not working since than on i received call from engineer on Monday 17th name hanif shaikh cont # 9819859942 sd will visit tomorrow and will resolve the issue asap however after than he never came on that day and suddenly call up on thursday 20th and said will visit on Friday 21st at 1.30 PM and came at 6.30 in evening the and stared working on issue however as i mentioned earlier i was having issue just with censor not working but i believe the engineer was not well enough to resolve the issue and he has made the issue more complicated and whole television was dead said not able to switch on however before start his work i have shown him the issue and every thing was fine working since than he was not able to resolve the issue and he suggested to take the whole circuit board to service centre for repair causing me in -convenience, However he said will visit again on Tuesday 25th and will fixed it making commitment and did not received or call up me again about the issue however i was in touch with customer care # 1800 - and i use to get the same response from them that we have forwarded the complain and senior engineer will call you soon however i never-ever got call from then and tuesday 25th i received call from same engineer and said work is complete and will fix the issue today after four days since he has visited last time however he promised to reach at 1.30 PM and came at 6.30 PM and again stated doing the something again and not able to fix the problem again and did the diagnostic for one hour and said is still the same and taken the circuit board to service centre for repair and since than no call ans and no call made to me from him about issue

I am really surprise to see this happening because being and internation brand VIDEOCON is having such people who cannot resolve the simple issue and made it worst because of this i and my family has suffered allot and if my issue not resolve asap will take this further to media as i have each and every record of call made and response from your company.

i will make sure i will take it further and will reach to all sources till the time it resolve.................

Kindly resolve the issue asap your help will be greatly appreciated.

This is a complaint about issue which i am facing since i have purchase Videocon Fridge refrigerator model number VCE 179BR - RDA from yashraj sales on 01/06/2009 - however since than i was never ever satisfied with the product well after 4 to 5 month my first call was made to customer care 1800 as there was cooling issue and since than till today i am facing the same issue ever six month even today i have logged a complaint about same issue however before six month i have compliant about similar issue and they have assured me there will not be any more issue with refrigerator however last they have visited on 23rd may 2011 about same cooling issue and know it again the same i am really frustrated and no other way to reach media about faulty product have been given to customer as i also have television from Videocon and facing issue with that as well i am sure i will take this further to MEDIA and NEW PAPER also on social networking

kindly resolve the issue asap your help will be greatly appreciated

Videocon airconditioner for repairs

- Almost a month ago, when our Videocon split a/c was not working, we called Kundan Electronics, Cox Town, Bangalore-560005, from where we have bought the a/c to send his technician for repairing the same. Kundan Electronics introduced one Mr. Mukesh (mobile no.9964100051)who was introduced by Kundan
Electronics, Cox Town, Bangalore, as Videocon's authorized agent for carrying out the repairs. Mr. Mukesh visited our residence and stated that the fan motor was out of order, and needed replacement. He gave us a quotation of Rs.2850.00 (inclusive of new fan motor and service charges), which we accepted.

Mr. Mukesh took the defective fan motor, on assurance that he will come back within a day or two, with the new fan motor.

It is now almost a month, but Mr. Mukesh has not returned, neither is he picking up our calls. Earlier, we were directed to call Prashant/Madhu (mob no.9448809851), and when we called them, they stated that they have to get the new fan motor from aurangabad, and it will take a few days more (this was almost 3 weeks ago).

We are extremely disappointed with the miserable service (non-service) rendered to us, from a reputable house like Videocon.

Pls look into this serious matter and let us have your immediate compliance of fan motor replacement, before the summer season ends !!!!!
