Procedure to deal with armed forces
1) If the Commission receives a complaint on the violation of Human Rights perpetrated by the armed forces then it can ask (on its own accord or based on the complaint) for a report of the event from the Central Government.
2) According the report received it may advice the government how to deliver justice or retract from going ahead with the complaint.
3) The government must notify the Commission of the actions it has taken based on its advice in three months or the time period stipulated by the Commission.
4) Then the Commission must publish a report including the recommendations it has made to the government and the action taken by the government on that advice. The supplicant is also given a duplicate of the report.
