I have whirlpool fully automatic top loading washing machine. As soon as I pressed the start button on the panel, sign of PE appear on the panel. Even after the sign machine could function on one occasion. I made a call to your call centre and a machanic had come on 25-05-2011. After hearing my complaint but without doing any any examination of the machine or even opening the lid, he declared the panel requires replacement and that would cost me Rs.3,000/-. He also said that the panel can't be repaired. He charged Rs.280/- as service cahrge just for his visit. I wonder if he was justified in what he said and charged in this year of your celeberations of 100 years of existance.

Hi Bad experience with the service person Mr paramesh.Please resolve the issue ASAP I had registered a complaint with Whirlpool customer care, here in Bangalore.Mr Paramesh had visited and informed the issue. We had requested him to service and replace the damaged components.He took full amount and done the work incomplete tried to contact him many times he reply saying material is not in stock and will get back when ll get the material till now he has not turned back. It is absolutely unprofessional to get a service after 2 month from complain made date, Last time my complain was taken care on 26/11/2012 , the reason is that parts not available......The same issue came up again today, tried to check about my last complaint....to my surprise the CSR INFORMD THAT THERE WAS NO COMPLAIN REGISTERED IN LAST 6 MONTHS......!!!! I have the p/o slip with me to prove. Why is the compliant not registered ? If there was no complain made , then how did the engineer come to my place and render me service ? The replaced plastic part do not have any warranty , does it mean that a CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY 150 /- EACH MONTH TO EACH TIME TO GET IT REPLACED.? With extended warranty we ensure service for longer period ...so is this the way whrlpool follow to spent the warranty period? What is the use if consumer cannot use the product?

3 days back i have purchased whirlpool 3D AC FROM PAI INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS, Ashoka pillar road, jayanagar, bangalore, sales man lured me with many high features of the product in comparison to SAMSUNG ,LG and other brands and said they give best service. but i found it as worst cheating from both seller and manufacturing company. i called several times for DEMO, none responded, they have taken it granted that at least they have sold one high cost unit. both are trapping innocent customers. if any loss or damage due to wrong operation, i may need to go to consumer court even. i request publics, please do not carry over by their rosy and false advertisements. beware of international brands. cs venkatesh bangalore

I bought 'whirlpool' fully automatic top loading machine (INB063605113) ON 7TH jAN 2007. This m/c was continuously under 'HOME CARE PLAN'-its last period being 13/4/2012 to 12/4/2013. On 23/4/2012 it so happened that the machine did not work due to some failure in switching A complaint was made (KL0412015268)attendedon 26/4/2013 replaced defective PCB. Dear Sir, I purchased a Whirlpool Split AC SAC 1.5 ton Crome III Silver on 04 Jun 2011. Your Customer Care Service got it installed from M/s Arian Enterprise, DLF Ph III, Gurgaon on 06 Jun 2011. I paid Rs 1,500/- and Rs 650/- (Rs 2,150/-) as installation and stand charges respectively. Incidentally the installer did the job clumsily and in a crude manner leaving a wide hole on the outer side of the wall of the house. This AC room was sparingly used during summers of 2011 and 2012, still some seepage was noticed underneath and right side of AC . The seepage was unknowingly attributed to rain water coming through wide hole left uncovered by your installer. During summer of 2013, the AC was extensively used resulting in lot of seepage. The matter was reported to your Customer Care Service vide complaint No HR 0813000162 dated 01 Aug 2013. Your said installer took five days to attend the complaint and visited on 06 Aug 2013. During the process of checking, the representative found that the drainage pipe was not fitted at the time of installation resulting in extensive seepage in the wall. He left with the promise to return immediately to fit the pipe and rectify the defect. I informed about it to your Customer Care Service on 07 Aug 2013. When nothing was done as promised, the matter was again brought to the notice of your Customer Care Service vide complaint No HR 0813003636 dated 12 Aug 2013 but no action has been taken by them as yet. I am constrained to state that the installation of Split AC was done in a most unprofessional manner in utter disregard to safety and security flaunting all norms of Fair Trade Practice. It has caused a great damage to the wall of house and has rendered the AC out of use till defect is rectified. I , Therefore, request you to please get the needful done immediately at your cost and arrange to pay the cost of damage to the wall. You may also consider debarring M/s Arian Enterprises for intentionally doing the job carelessly and in unprofessional manner which caused the unsuspected customer a great harassment, deprivation and avoidable financial loss/ damage. I do hereby explain my bitter experience with my WHIRLPOOL'PROTON' 3 door Refrigerator. After enjoying services of GODREJ home appliances such as Refrigerator,Wash Machine,Microwave etc.for last 40 years I settled down my mind and shifted my choice and gradually change the product from that of GODREJ to WHIRLPOOL home appliances.I owe the above PROTON 3 door Refrigerator on 26.01.11 from a reputed dealer viz GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO.,Kol-84.After 2 & half year the Refrigerator started its actual drama. The Refrigerator stopped its cooling function although the deep freezer compartment is working somehow poorly. and the remaing 3rd\4th are not getting cool and the cooling system started its problems.A service request was made on 21.07.13 and the tech.inspected the machine and Rs.395/- was paid for inspection.Now the situation remained as before.Actually speaking the said Refrigerator is now a liabilities in my house. Dear Sir/madam, I purchased a Whirlpool Microwave Oven in 2004 and have been continuing AMC without fail ever since the original guarantee expired. The last AMC was supposed to be due in Feb 2013. My Microwave oven(model No:MT263) stopped working in the first week of Jan2013 and service personnel came to inspect the machine on 4th Jan2013. They could see that error message"Door Open" was being displayed when the machine was switched on. The guy opened the machine to rectify this and ended up messing up the whole machine. The machine failed to switch on and he told me that the machine has to be taken to the sevice center for full check up.The machine was taken away on the 9th of jan 2013. Upon enquiry,I was told several times that parts are not readily available and will take some time to arrive from the HO. And in April 2013, he told the repair of the machine will be a costly affair since magnetron has to be replaced . I told him about the AMC but he said as per records with the company the AMC has already expired. I told about the AMC document with me showing validity till the first week of Feb2013. They wanted to inspect the document and a photocopy was duly provided to him. EVER SINCE I AM YET TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. I contacted the Customer Care Centre of Whirlpool through e-mail and phone and they informed that the "Concerned Department" will get in touch with me but NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME SO FAR.It is 7 months since the machine was taken away from me and NOWADAYS EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER of WHIRLPOOL ignores my mails regarding this. What should I do to get justice? IF they dont care about repairing old Microwave Oven , why should they take money all these years in the name of AMC? Is this the way helpless customers are treated and robbed by a mutlinational company?

The Service Centre, M/s Magic Technologies, sec 7, Dwarka, New delhi engineer . Mr Mithelesh, and his Boss, MR Anuj said <Ho Jayega' Abhi to Bahut time Hai>. Still I repeatedly lodged request since they were not renewing or coming to my residence for taking the cheque. At that time the ratw was rs. 4075/- only, confirmed by whirlpool site and also by the engineers and customer care toll free nos, also. Seems , I was taken for a ride. for believing that before lapsing they would renew my AMC. Now, Mr Anuj, is still to renew my AMC, and today again they are asking increased amount 20% rise 4920/* or so, that too in Cash. All my requests are being closed since 8/7/2013, without my consent and would not even inform of the closure. NOW, I want to know, WHAT HAPPENS TO THE IMMENCE (MORE THAN 10 REQUESTS). ? WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR REQUESTS FOR A AFTER SALES SERVICE REQUEST? I called someone from service centre PATNA KAJPURA.He told me that washing machine need servicing .I sent to service centre .in 2013 I faced another problem it's showing PE error code ( as per manual it's low voltage).again I called service man once he opened my machine I saw on PCB (power circuit board) date is mention 13/07/2007 . It means it's changed in 13/07/2007 but as per my record my machine is 2005 model and I never change any part of my washing machine after that I checked other parts ,others also have different dates and finally I realized that service centre changed my all original parts and now my washing machine is full of local duplicate parts. I have purchased a whirlpool RO water purifier on 29-12-2010 .Now my RO is under AMC from 13-06-2013 to 12-06-2014,your service center collected Rs.4300-00 for AMC and Rs.285-00 for service charges.They changed the filters and informed me that they will do free service and change sediment filter and carbon filter after six months at free of cost ,since it fall under the AMC period and any repair except the motor will be replaced at free of cost,the senior service Engineer Mr.Sarathy informed me and he told that the AMC undertaking agreement will send the paper to me at a later date and also informed me their service Engineer will visit quarterly for inspection.But so for I have not received the agreement for AMC and no quarterly visit.In the month of December 2013,I called your service center for the replacement of sediment filter and carbon filter ,which is due for replacement on 13-12-2013.The service centre official Ms.Jay informed me that I should pay the cost for the two filters and not free.I called Mr.Sarathy,but she told me he is on leave.Today one person came from the service centre ,after inspecting the water ,he informed me the water is good and he asked me the satisfaction code and Book a complaint to get the code,I refused to do so.In the past they came and inspected the water and ask me to get the code for only for the testing of water and not for the complete testing.To day also he has not done the complete checking and insisted my signed copy and mentioned free service and charges for the filter of Rs.360-00.the service centre is cheated me.To day also I called Mr.Sarathy ,but they informed me that he is on leave. I request you to change the service centre and I may not renew for the AMC.Please do the needful ,otherwise I may approach the appropriate authority for the redressal of my grivances. Thanking you.

I have sent a on line compliant on 6th February 2014 about the AMC of my RO water purifier.So far I have not received any reply / response from you.The AMC period is in operation till 12-06-2014 and the service centre has not replaced the sediment filter and pre carbon filter,usable period of 6 months ( vide your use and care guide page number 9 ) Now I am going to file a compliant against you in the consumer forum to day for cheating me in the name of AMC. 94427 90555 & 044 2246 1480.

My whirlpool fridge,model no.5950 stopped cooling in Aug.13, call was lodged at your custpmer care.Its compressor was changed and gas was refilled. Ipaid Rs 3750 on 24/8/13. Mr Riyaz attended from ghaziabad branch, contact no. 9871544721.Since then fridge is not cooling after every fortnight. Twice gas is filled and me charged twice. I purchased whirlpool ref.in oct. 2012. During warranty period the compressor lost its efficiency. Your company replaced it. Now the same problem has come again. I complained regarding it on 25th April. Complaint serial no. is DL 0414017613. Then your technician came to check the ref. He even did not check the compressor efficiency thoroughly and decided the compressor faulty. Then i told your franchise supertech (MR.sunny) to check the defect .Then till now they are refusing the availability of compressor in stock. Sir I am very much upset with company's behavior and service.If this kind of behavior continues, I will not buy Whirpool products in future and will also not recommend others to buy.

Forgot to add the said fridge purchased from R.K Electroncs Gaushala Road Fazilka vide Bill no 636 dated 16-7-2013.It is less than one year old.Cannot recommend to any friend to go for this brand of Fridge.

I own Whirpool Refrigerator(Model 310LMaxigerator SS/TT) and it was purchased on 05.05.2009 from M/s. Lotus of Indore. In the past i had various problems and i contacted the service provider at Indore i.e. OM Mangalam Enterprises. Recntly the Refrigertor again stopped functioning and as usual we called the Loacal Service provider. The mechanic came and charged Rs.2947. It includes Charges for Stabiliser,Rs.1860/- OLC.66 Rs.750/-and service charge Rs.337/-.The mechanic left the house with the message the i will come to know about result after one hour. Next day i called him directly and he in turn deputed one other mechanic. The other mechanic orally informed that the Compressor is to be chnaged,the Freezer is to be changed and Gas filling is to be carried. All these things together will cost Rs. 7200/. I haad my own doubts about the way these people are working therefore i got my Ref. repaired through outside Agency. In this regard i talked to the Local Incharge one Ms. Joshi as well as people at Mumbai. Both of them were not able to give me satisfactory reply. Now my issue is that for no reason the Stabiliser is forced on me whereas it is clerely mentioned on Fridge itself that No Stabiliser is required. I hope you will look into it stop the tendecy of local service provider to unnecessarily charge some or the other amount and to push up some or the other item for no reason as such. I demand that the stabiliser be collected back and amount of Rs. 1860/- be refunded to me immediately.

I own Whirlpool Ref. Model 310L Maxigerator SS/TT .it was purchsed on 05/05/2009 from Indore. It developed some problem in the past and the problem was resolved. Recently again it had problem of not functioning at all i called local service provider the mechanic charged Rs. 2947/ (Rs. 11860/-for Stabiliser, Rs. 750/- for OLP 66 and service charges Rs. 337/-. The problem was not resoved. Since i was doubting his intention I got it repaired through some other agency. Now my issue is that the Stabiliser has been forcely sold that be taken back and amount thereof be refunded to me. i may add that it is clearely mentioned on your Ref. that stabiliser is not required.

The RO of Whirlpool company should never be purchased. The company awards the Services to Service Provider who has one Agenda to make 5500/- per consumer. The recurring costs of Membrane of Rs.2750 are never disclosed to consumer at the time of sale and when the Annual Maintenance Contract is entered into with the Service Providers. The integrity of the personnel who negotiate the terms of the Service Providers could be suspect. The company brand value is being damaged by such profiteers. You buy RO at Rs. 16000 and spend Rs.16000 in 3years ................

My Whirlpool Magic 123 washing machine was displaying PE on Display and water reuse indicator was blinking. I consulted few machine engineers and the all asked for Circuit Board repair. The company was charging 3500/- + Service Charges of 350 (3 months warranty), but one of the engineer directly get it done without logging the complaint at customer care for 1750/- with 3 months warranty. Now it is working fine.
