About Zee Next

Zee Next had its inception on 11th December, 2007 in India. It’s is a Hindi general entertainment channel established by Zee Entertainment Enterprises promoted by Essel Group. The channel programmes range from comedy-dramas to the most entertaining reality shows.
Two popular programs of Zee Next are Jhoome Jiiya Re and Arrested by Rakhi. The story is about the life of Jiiya, a dabboo girl who is not perfect at anything she attempts, and she keeps trying. Will she ever do anything to make her father proud? Or will she, against her father’s wishes, be a part of RAD, the premier dancing institute?

Arrested by Rakhi is a gossip show by Rakhi Sawant. She will pick on anything from exaggerating ads to movies copied from Hollywood. The show invites peoples from across India who can voice their opinion along with Rakhi, on any subject.

Rock the Dhunn


is a music show based entirely on themes. Now groove to the rhythm of new generation-music or journey back to the golden era of timeless Indian classics. Songs of the 50’s, rain songs, wedding songs, and songs by a particular lyricist. Expect all such themes and much more as you need the young and talented singers of Sa Re Ga Ma-Pa, perform before a live audience. Know facts about songs as the singers share anecdotes, stories and myths about each song.
