BSNL has a well structured and multi layered Public Grievances Redressal Mechanism including Dispute Resolution Mechanism. The Public Redressal setup in BSNL has been introduced right from the Corporate Office to SSA(Secondary Switching Area) levels

All BSNL Customer Service Centers (CSCs) now remain open from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM without any break for all activities, all seven days of the week.
BSNL has also installed cheque deposit machines in many cities, so that customers can make payments 24X7 at their convenience. BSNL customers also have the privilege to make payments by cheque/Demand Draft to any of the BSNL franchisees all over the country.
