I am being told by some person that voluminous blank calls and sms have been send from my number, but to very best of my knowledge, i haven't done that, hardly one message has been send, let alone any calls . I have made payment my mobile no. 9437027936 monthly bill of Rs.815.00 on 16th June,2010. My outgoing calls are debared. My repeated efforts to customer case is in vain. Please regularise the same.

My prepaid mobile No. 9419227252 has been converted as postpaid on 05-Jan-2010 but that time my balance of prepaid mob. is around rs. 3800.00 .Please adjust this amount in my postpaid account. Complaint already submitted to my customer care but no action has so far been taken in this regard. As such once again requested to kindly do the needful.

For an ISD msg instead of deducting rs. from mob. balance you are are deducting 50 msg from my sms pack ,which is only for local msg .
