I gave a complaint on 10th of August to youtele. My complaint number is 2009081013568. They sent twice false sms that "request 2009081013568 has been solved".In fact it has not yet been solved. To rectify a complaint thay take minimum 5 to 10 days. No responsible person is there to listen our complaints.It seems that the citibank has no direct connection with youtele. chandramohan

I gave a complaint on 2nd sept. to youtele for very low browsing and download/upload speed (when I checked it on a speedometer it came to about 27 to 60 kbps which is even less than a dial up speed.. My complaint number is 2010090209610. They sent thrice false sms that "request 2010090209610 has been solved".In fact it has not yet been resolved.and everytime when I call their help line number 9892577898, the same answer they are telling that they have sent a reminder. No responsible person is there to listen our complaints.I am realy fade up of the situation., Can anyone help me, How I can make a official written complaint to TRAI, because, TRAI have regulated and instructed all ISP that a broadband company has to give 80% of the commited speed. If they resolve this problem well in time.,
