sir this for ur kind information.i ashamed to say this .when so peoples in the country having educational qualification they are not able to get the job in southern railway.but getting ajob in railway like ICF,LOCOWORKS, only qualification is bribe.in our country no where retired person family wont get the job in the same government departments.but only in railway the entire family is getting the job in railway.how it is possible that so many peoples are waiting genuinely with hope they will get the job.if we take the past history of appointed person in railway familys at least minimum to persons working in different departments with out proper selection.only because they are using the political power and money to get the job.just beacuse of this the person who is having proper qualification wont get the job in railways.if the department take sthe action only they can stop this kind of fradulant in railways.even now for the clerical job in icf and loco works this kind of people working to get the job for the families.this iam sendind for the public interest only.even though iam retired staff son from railways.iam having personal efficency to work and also not intrested for govt jobs execept army and police to serve the nation i hope this matter will take seriously by the superiors. thx
