I am a customer of m/s the pioneer cons. co-op stores lmtd. bhadrakali hooghly code no-96160038,consumer no.1497.For the last few months i am getting the supply of gas in a very delayed manner.Recently i had booked refilling order on 19.1.11 but till date i have not received gas cylinder.For the last ten days staff of the distributor assures me everyday that the gas will be delivered by today itself on urgent basis whenever we contact over their telephone number (033)2663-1819 and 2664-9494 i am fed up with this harassing attitude of the distributors.The persons who have booked after my booking have already got the supply of gas therefore i request your goodself to intervene the matter otherwise i will be compelled to refer the matter to consumer forum and take the decision to switch over to any other company available in the market for their services.which will also pain me a lot because i am a customer of your company indane since 1979.awaiting your early response. with regards, sincerely yours krishna kumar 150 manicktala makhla distt:hooghly(712245),W.B mob-9830886091

Dear sir i booked a refill cylinder on 26-02-2012, through ivrs n i received a message dt 02/03/12 saying your cylinder will be delivered shortly your refill booking no. 8632985, cash memo 972 But the cylinder has been not delivered till date. Sir I read from NEWSPAPER the the Captain Gas Agency Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad UP has seeled so how can I received the GAS

I booked a refill against my connecion No 995 with m/s Vinay Gas Service, Shikohabad (U.P.) on 17-3-2011 (booking No 42). I went personally to remind for delivery on 27th March and again on 7th April and they promised to send it the next day every time. I am in trouble as the refill is not delivered to me even after 26 days of booking. I doubt that they have sold it in black market and are misguidig me. We tried installing the new gas cylinder, which started leaking due to absence of washer. why dont they check before delivering it to the customer about the common problems with the cylinders? Is it not risk to the lives? How can they play with others lives? I am not sure whether there will be any punishment to such recklessness. Who is responsible for all this?

Tried to call on the emergency number that is available on the delivery slip - 9963240044 - which is unavailable. How can an emergency number be unavailable - ridiculous!! The situation is such that I'll have to wait till Monday afternoon to get the "Emergency Service".

I am gas booking dated 04/05/2011 vide consumer no. 1011, Sahid Ganesh Indane, Patna but till date 01/06/2011 we have not received gas. I am also complain at customer care no. 18002333555 dated 27/05/2011 vide compalin no. 119669 but not taken any action this agency.

I wanted to transfer my connection to Cooking Gas Agency, Adayar. (local transfer within city). I obtained Tranfer voucher and when approached, they say it will take to upload in system and hence asked me to come after a week. Is it correct? Also they are asking me to bring the Regulator without which they state they will not be able to give connection. When I explained that I need regulator for cooking, they blantantly refuse. Is it correct to state that we have to wait for one week once we get the Transfer voucher? Is it correc to demand for bring the regulator to their office?

I have a Indane gas consumer connection with M/s. Fancy Cook, Behala, Kolkata-34. During my shifting of house, I have opted for transfer (bearing no:TTV-225253 dated 09/04/2006) of supply agency from Fancy cook to M/s. Gas and Gadgets, Behala in the year 2006. But unfortunately my company transfer me to Orissa and for this I didn't deposited the documents in Gas& Gadgets. Due to my hard luck I LOST all the documents of my Indane gas consumer number during the shifting of my households from Kolkata to Orissa. And now again am in Kolkata since one year and contacted to Fancy Cook, they advised me to give a written complain in Behala police station regarding lost documents and to submit the copy in Fancy cook office. But in the mean time the Fancy cook agency got closed. Kindly advise me how to recover my Lost Indane gas consumer connection and to continue the patronage services from IOC. Regards. Alok Deo.

I live in Durgapur B-zone Steel township(W.B).I collect my gas cylinder from Kitchenmet,B-zone Durgapur-5.I face booking problem by phone.They are not receive any phone for booking.long time ringing the phone but they have not any time for receive the phone. The ring volume of the phone is minimum.I told them many time.No result.Please help me.

Sub: Complaint against the Gas Agency of MADHU AGENCIES, SHANTHINAGAR BANGALORE. Sir, Now a days we are facing the lot of problem of refill the LPG through the above agency. Last month I was booked the refill on 06.07.2011.cash memo generated on only 12.07.2011 but I was received the cylinder on 22.07.2011 . every time almost 15 days taken to deliver the cylinder. Whenever we are calling the agency that people was told to NO LOAD. Last month was verified with agency ,that people was told “you should book on refill after delivery of 25 days”. This month I was booked on 16.08.2011. today 22.08. 2001 till date I was not received the cash memo number and not get the refill also. Every month we are facing the shortage of gas. I requested you to please provide the refill at least monthly once .
