    i m facing a problem during accessing my pnb debit card for online reservation in indian railways...it shows a msg "You Were Trying To Use pnb Payment Gateway And The Transaction CouldNot Proceed Due To Transaction Failed in PNB Bank(URL Based). We regret that the payment for the transaction under reference no. 0322194717 was not authorised by your bankers and hence we are not in a position to process the booking." what is the problem with my card? plz reply as soon as possible...

    I guess the card is new and hasn't been use before.yaar pehle kisi PNB ke ATM me paise withdraw krke ek bar pin change kr lo.Uske baad net transaction me bhi chalega.Aur agar ATM purana hai toh bank se jaake replace krwa lo.

    I AM CUSTOMER OF BRANCH 3205,PURBA MEDINIPUR,NANDIGRAM,I HAVE A NRE A/C IN THIS BRANCH.I HAVE PAID BY USD 2400 PER MONTH, THATS INR VALUE IS RS-108000.MY ANNUAL INCOME IS AVERAGE RS 600000. THEN I CONTACT TO BANK FOR PERSONAL LOAN BUT BANK DIRECTLY DENIE ME AND BAD BEHAVIER WITH ME.THERE IS A DALLAL CHAKRA, THEY WANT MONEY FOR A/C OPPENNIG,KCC LOAN,OTHERS.NOW THIS BRANCH HAS POOR SERVICE.

    My grandmother passed away 2 years ago and now we realize that her account in PNB is dormant. Is there a way that we can get that account reactive and withdraw the money in it. Is it possible that my mother who is deceased account holder's daughter, could claim the funds in the account?

My A/c Name & No. is AS STEEL INDUSTRIES 3476002101021483 i have face some problems from your bank. by your bank Manager Mr. Garg. his behavior is very rude with me. Many time when i went in bank i face and feel same. Today morning when i arrive in bank for cash withdrawal from my account. today my account balance was 31053/- and i wanted to withdrawal 26000/- . After received my request form Mr. Garg. reply " I CAN NOT GIVE YOU CASH " when i told him tell me reason about this. then he is enable to reply any answer.     I m A/C holder of your branch in Jublee Baug, Sardar Bhawan, Vadodara. I had been used ATM Card of PNB on 24-5-2012 for withdraw money in Union Bank's ATM in Salatwada, which is nearest to my home. My A/C no.is 3406000100292906, ATM ID is NBAR04411111111 on 24/5/2012 at 17:26PM I had been withdraw RS.500 from my A/c. Then after I had tried to withdraw RS.100 but money wasn't come out, and I got receipt only,which shows transaction declined. On the other day i.e 25/5/2012, I withdraw RS.1000 from my A/c and I came to know that in my A/c RS.500 are wrongly debited.     Sir, Sorry to inform you that your Branch Manager (Vikaspuri Branch)is least bother about the valuable customers/Sr Citizen.My wife went to this branch to draw amount Rs 2.2L which was reqd. for the house Reg. She requested Sr. Manager of this branch to help for early process of this transaction & show some safe place for counting this amount.He did't do any help & told her follow long Q there. Pl. take care she is a Sr. Citizen & kept FDs (amount Pl. check) with your bank. This is Fyi/na if yourself wish to take otherwise we will be forced to take services of some re known banks in our area.
