Caller Tone Issue

Hi, I would like to raise a complaint, regarding the activation of the caller Id on the above number, Every time I send SMS saying I do not require the caller Tone on my Mobile and when ever I re-charge the Number and I get the Caller Id amount detected from my recharging Amount, Ex: I charge for 40 rs and later I see that 25 Rs is detected for the Caller tone, which I do not require, i am lossing amount with out me activating the caller tone, This is happening with 3 other connection of IDEA.

Require a solution for the above issue.
