Common Area Shortage in Gated community

Hello,

I purchased a plot in a gated community. The original maps, sketches showed many areas as common amenities. In due course,the developer has swallowed those areas. There is an association and they keep asking for such information from developers. The developers simply do not respond to any questions on those lands. They are also threatening that some peice of common land is for building apartments.

What are my options. I want justice from this greed

Also, where do I approach in Bangalore.Are their seperate court based on areas or is there a single court for entire bangalore. Pls help. I am new to Bangalore
