How could I pay my Land-line bill "ON-LINE"?

BSNL CUSTOMER CARE:
I hold IOB-SB a/c. +the IOB-bank DEBIT Card. Now could you help finding a way out to pay my Land-line bill "ON-LINE"?
I also had registered my Mobile phone #with the IOB. I USE Easy-bank only "TO VIEW MY Balance in my SB-a/c. NOt useful
for doing any transaction." Could You help me with steps in sequences to pay my Land-line bills(BSNL)ONLY - ONLINE?
