MY MOBILE I HAVE ENTERED CORRECTLY AS WELL AS CIRCLE AS 9342179625 AND karnataka BUT IT IS SHOWN AS INCORRECT
MY YAHOO ID IS CHANGED I WANT IT TO BE

may 2012 bill is shown excess as rs 4551 why is it i am under 500+combo plan i never got such huge amount and
suddenly billing pattern and pay by date is changed why it was by month end
suddenly itis changed to 15th of month why please let me know the bill details i am a least internet user please enquire and correct

I have paid my bill through netbanking but the transaction was failed and my amount Rs814 was deducted from my account so i made a transaction from my collegue's account where transaction was successful and bill was paid. In actual if the bill payment was deducted from my account i should get it back or should be balanced in next bill but in my next bill i didnt get any amount neither i received any amount in my HDFC account.
Kindly guide me for the same.
