This portal put me in a situation lile "Which one was earlier, Peacock or Egg ?" -- This page sends one for 'Customer Care' and 'Customer Care' sends back 'Here'. I'm a customer, not an BSNL offi. to ans others or comment here. I want two clear answers - (i) Where has my balance and validity evaporated and what about the complain docket "D23CD31454382" dated 23-04-2012 for my cell no 9432386409 ? (ii) Why can't I get online my previous call details regularly ? ----- Will BSNL answer them clearly ?
