NOT CONNECTED TO IRCTC SO MANY TIMES

On several occations i am not able to make the payment for ticket booking amount as banks name does not show in the internet banking payment list why so is your server ot effective every time please do needful in the interest of your customers. To day is the same situation and could not book my confirmed rly ticket.
