Not getting 3G activation

My phone number is 9473427625 not getting support from your end.When ever I am trying to use the internet service I am getting the messaage "Unexpected Failure"
Please currect the situation.
Several time i have tried to contact the customer care service through my mobile phone after pressing the button "9" the operating system is being disconected automatically.
The same thing is happenimg when I am triying from the following mobile phone number.
(1) 9431411395(2)9431888880
Please correct the same also.
If I donot get the 3G facility from BSNL then I have to chose another service like VODA,RELIENCE or AIRTEL etc. Because I have purchased the 3G mobile set to improve my official work. At present I am deprived from the due facilities.
