Refund of cancelled trains

I have booked four tickets by Train no.14318 on 17-12-2011 from Muzffarnagar to Agra Cantt.It has been published in the paper that this train has been suspended from 15-12-2011 to 31-01-2012.Therefore I went to cancell my ticket at booking counter today but was denied to return my full fare.Kindly explain PNR NO:232-7592549 S.K.CHAUHAN
