Transfer Bharat Gas Connection

I am living in the same house with my brothers. i am usuing the gas connection of my broher name.Now we are seprateing . Recently he transfered the gas connection of my father name in his name. he is willing to transfer this connection in my name of his connection which is i am using. I do not know what to do?
