Transfered from tamilnadu to hyderabad (central govt. employ)

I am working in central dept. and transfered to hyderabad from tamilnadu in the year of 2005. I brought the surrendered certificate for ration card. Now I would like to take ration card/family card from ap govt. I request you to give me the procedure for this.
