Warranty Repalcement

My name is Bijo John, from Kerala. I had a Satellite C640 laptop having model number PSC2UG-007001 with serial number 6B050498Q. I purchased this laptop on 23 July 2011. So that means its still under warranty period. My laptop's screen has got a white patches on the right side display and also on the right side bottom corner color is changed to somewhat rose color. Today 2 June 2012 showed this complaint to one of the service center near to me (Kadavanthra , Kochin , Kerala ). The service person saying that the issue is due to that i am putting the laptop in a backpack bag. so the laptop is putting in it as a vertical position. So the bottom part of the laptop display got pressure .So the display got damage.
Why did he said in that way ? I got the laptop bag along with this laptop. So normally i will use that bag. So if you know that display will get damage if i put the laptop in that bag then why did you gave to me that type of bag along with the laptop at the time of purchase ?

I need to get an immediate action about this or i will file a case in the consumer court for this. Its your issue. So you must replace the display. But the current service person saying that he will not give me warranty for this . Because i put the laptop in that backpack bag.
