Who increse the transaction limit ?

We Miraj Mahavidyalaya, Miraj using e-payments for Income tax of employees & other payments. We have Rs.50,000/- Transaction limt per day. Now we want increse it upto Rs.5,00,000/- per day. please help us.Our Cur.A/c No.20144901478.(Br.Miraj 235)
