deactivation

I have got msgs from 155223 and 53030 .
These are jokes and shayri.
i want to deactivate all this servises.
I have done all the procedure of deactivation.
But all the time ,i have got anly one msg, that is sentax eror.
What the fuck is going.
Daily 12 rs. Deduction is going on my mobile.
bsnl is such a fucking servise provider.
I hate this.
