delay insupply of gas

I've booked bharat gas agency for home delivery ,but the transporting authority said,our booking did not notify in their paper has given by the agency during the delivery...i want to know have i the right to see the paper with transporting people during home delivery whether my name about to get gas,in their paper or not?

Sir, I have registered for on line booking through SMS with Manjiri & Company Ghatkopar (W), but sorry to inform you that SMS was not accepted. Then tried over phones line (land/Mob phones) but with great regret, no response was received back through call rings was continuously alarming but nobody picked up. Lastly one of family members personally contacted and registered for refilling the cylinder on 19 Oct 2012, but registration number was not given for the reason not known. Unfortunately on 30 Oct 2012 some one picked up my call through their Phone No 25000411 and assurance was given that the refilled cylinder will be delivered by evening of 30 Oct 12. But regretfully mentioning that till date neither they are attending my calls on Phone 25000411/25002042/25002696/25002699 nor cylinder has been delivered. Therefore kindly look into the matter and resolve such kind of issue in order to avoid any complication, as it is causing a harsh inconvenience and secondly having no ideal & frequent time to contact them over phone or personally.

Kindly resolve such kind of issue and reply by return mail.
