non receipt of IV Qrtr S/B a/c statement for no.123010084479,s/b/a/c no.142010040393

Even after a month has passed it very strange /painful experience not to receive the above, till today. Further when enquired with the branch we were asked to pay Rs.50/- each to get the same. It is not only strange, but an unhealthy practice. It would be very convenient if you could provide us with pass book, we need not bother you.
