I have booked a ticket through IRCTC. Sex is wrongly selected in a passenger details. Contacted to Chief ticketing reservation officer to make it corrected. But he will not help saying that it can't be done. Is it punishable?. Rest everything is correct and have a valid ID proof. reply please. my email id is 1511karim@gmail.com
