is some seats for b.tech.reserved for girls? is the some of seats filled by the cuota of bihar govt. also.my rank in aieee air 59068 state rank about 4200 .is it possible that i entered in this instituet any way. i belong from obc also

I am a sc candidate scored 113540 rank in aieee and i wish to take adm.in patna nit so Can i get adm. In the same in any branch ?
