special child having autism, renewal of expired passport

My son has been diagonised as ADHD with autism. He is a non-verbal child. His age 10 years 3 months. His passport has been expired.We have taken an appointment online. He will not sit in one place and he may not sit properly for the photo in passport office. So, please tell us what we can do and whether we can bring his recent photos. please advise early as we have an appointment on 26th june. Thank you. Nanda Prakash
