unable to login

i got myself registered with irctc, got mobile verification code, and then i got password also thru mail but i m not able to login. Wht i should do now?

i ragisterd in irtc my irtc id is skmpm78 but my account is not open while my pasward is give my email but irtc not login and mobile verification recived.
