updating postal address is a problem only with your bank

We have a joint SB account and kotak mutual fund account with the same registered address.CR No 24913233 and folio 1643703/80.
We are KYC compliant and our postal address has been updated for mutual fund only.
But inspite of several requests and showing this proof of updated address our mails for SB account continue to be wrongly sent to our old address.
