- If he/she is a professional established in his/her own field like architects, cost accountants, chartered accountants, company secretary, dentists, doctors, management consultants or engineers.
- If he/she is a person of age limit from 24(loan commencement time) years to 65(loan maturity time) years
Self Employed Individuals:
- If he/she fulfills the Income Tax returns
- If he/she is a person of age limit from 24(loan commencement time) years to 65(loan maturity time) years
Charges and Rate of interests on AXIS Bank Home Loan:
Home Buyers can borrow the AXIS Bank Home Loan at fixed or floating interest rates. If he/she chooses the fixed interest rate then it will be flat 14.00% for any amount of loan. But if he/she prefers floating interest rates then it will be 8.75% up to 30 Lacs and 9.25% for more than 30 Lacs.
Service tax of 1% of the total loan amount will be charged as loan processing charges.
