Agra Tour

Agra is one of India’s oldest cities and has a lot of history and culture connected to it from the great Taj Mahal on the banks of the river Yamuna to the tomb of Shah Jahan from Fatehpur Sikri to the Jama Masjid many battles have been fought over this city and it was once the capital of the country during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, with its significance ending when Shah Jahan moving the capital to Delhi later.

The biggest attraction to the city is the Taj Mahal which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, built by Emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his wife Empress Mumtaz Mahal upon her death in 1631 AD and is known as a symbol of eternal love, the funerary complex is located on a plot of land along the banks of the Yamuna River.
