  • Clearing Instrument: The status of the cheque which has been sent for clearing. 
  • Lien Inquiry: Lien type, expiry date, Amount if any lien is marked to the account. 
  • Nominee Details: Nominee name, relationship, etc.

The payments option is for Online Bill Payment and has sub-menus: 

  • Alerts: Alerts about - Pending Payments, Pending Presented Bills, Bills Awaiting Acceptance. 
  • Payment: -Payee Setup, Utility Bill, Add a third Party Account, View pending Payments, Search Payees, Make a New Payment, View Payments made, Unapproved Payment, Bill Presentment, and Payment History.

Fund Transfer menus have the below 4 submenus - Fund Transfer, Self Fund Transfer, Third Party, External Fund Transfer

Credit Cards menus have the below 3 submenus - Credit Card, Add a Credit Card, Credit Card Bill Payment

Retail Tax has 1 submenu - Retail Tax Menu

How to transfer funds using Andhra Bank Netbanking?

Transferring funds to Own Account:

Step 1: Login into the Andhra Bank netbanking.

Step 2: Click on ‘Transactions’ > ‘Fund Transfer’ > ‘Own Accounts’.

Step 3: Choose the Account Number to be debited under the “Pay from Account” option.

Step 4: Enter the amount and the remarks and tap on ‘Continue’.

Step 5: Enter the transaction password & Click on ‘Submit’.

Transferring funds to Other Andhra Bank Accounts:

Step 1: Login into the net banking account using the credentials and Click on ‘Transactions’  ‘Fund Transfer’  ‘Other Andhra Bank Accounts’.

Step 2: By default, the transaction date will be the current date. For scheduling transaction for a future date, select a date from the calendar.

Step 3: Choose the Account Number to be debited under the “Pay From Account” option.

Step 4: If the account to be credited is not shown in the drop-down, then add the account by clicking on “Transactions” then “Manage Payee” and “Add Payee” option.

Step 5: Enter the amount and tap on the ‘Continue’ option.

Step 6: Enter the Transaction password and Click on ‘Submit’.

Transferring funds to other Bank-NEFT/RTGS

Step 1: Login into the net banking account using the credentials and Click on ‘Transactions’  ‘Fund Transfer’  ‘Other Bank-NEFT/RTGS’.

Step 2: By default, the transaction date will be the current date. For scheduling transaction for a future date, select a date from the calendar.

Step 3: Go to the “Pay From Account” option and select the beneficiary’s account number.

Step 4: If the account to be credited is not shown in the drop-down, then add the account by clicking on “Transactions” then “Manage Payee” and “Add Payee” option.

Step 5: Enter the amount and select the transfer mode(NEFT or RTGS) and tap on the ‘Continue’ option.

Step 6: Enter the Transaction password and Click on ‘Submit’.

Transferring funds using IMPS

Step 1: Login into the net banking account using the login id and password and click on ‘Transactions’ >‘Fund Transfer’>‘IMPS (Instant Transfer 24*7)’.

Step 2: By default, the transaction date will be the current date. For scheduling transaction for a future date, select a date from the calendar.

Step 3: Go to the “Pay from Account” option and select the beneficiary’s account number.

Step 4: If the account to be credited is not shown in the drop-down, then add the account by clicking on “Transactions” then “Manage Payee” and “Add Payee” option.

Step 5: Enter the amount and tap on the ‘Continue’ option.

Step 6: Enter the transaction password and click on ‘Submit’.
