Users are given the choice to change the password as many times as needed. The password can be changed in case of any suspicion of the password being compromised.

The validity of passwords lasts for 90 days. The system will begin to remind the users to change the passwords 10 days before they expire.

If the users don’t log in within 90 days of password generation, the passwords will expire. Requests for new passwords will have to be made after that.

Hotlisting means that your debit or credit card will no longer work. It is also known as Card Blocking in which any attempted authorizations get declined. You can hotlist your debit or credit card if it is lost, stolen or fraudulently used.

- From the main menu, click on the ‘Request’ option
