Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF)
Indian Institute of Banking & Finance or IIBF was established on 30th April 1928 as a Central Governing body of Indian Banks. It was started on the efforts of then businessman's and Bankers of India. IIBF was formerly known as The Indian Institute of Bankers.
IIBF has almost all the banks and financial institutions from public sector, private sector, foreign, cooperative, Regional Rural Banks and IT Companies as its members.
The Institute offers a number of professional courses in banking and finance and is managed by a Governing Council consisting of Chairmen of different banks and eminent academicians manage the Institute. The Education and Research Committees of the Institute consist of eminent practitioners in the field.
