SBI Debit card limit

An SBI Debit Card has three major debit cards in the market.

1. Gold International Debit Card
2. Yuva International Debit Card
3. Vishesh Debit Cards

1. Gold International Debit Card

The Gold International Debit Card is a Visa/ Master based debit card. It has a daily cash limit of Rs. 50, 000 at ATM’s. The purchases limit is of Rs. 2, 00, 000.

The Personal accident insurance cover is of Rs. 2, 00, 000. The purchase protection coverage is of Rs. 5,000.

To avail this SBI debit card facility the account holder should maintain a quarterly balance of Rs. 50, 000 in sole or in joint operation and the mode of operation should be either or survivor.

2. Yuva International Debit Card

This is a Visa based card. The daily cash limit at ATM’s is Rs. 50, 000. The purchase limit is of Rs. 2, 00, 000. There is a personal accident insurance policy of Rs. 2 lakh. The purchase protection coverage is of Rs. 5000.

All savings and current account holder with an account at CBS branches in the age group of 18-30 can hold this account in sole or in joint name.

3. 'Vishesh Debit Card

It is a master based card. It has a daily cash limit of Rs. 50, 000. The purchase limit is of Rs. 2, 00, 000. There is a personal accident insurance policy of Rs. 2 lakh. The purchase protection coverage is of Rs. 5000.The card is meant for all special customers of SBI who have a fixed deposit of Rs. 5, 00, 000 and more. The card is not charged any surcharge at any petrol pump and has no annual maintenance charge.
